Classes

We offer classes for every level, and each class is capped at 7 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need. All classes are first-come, first-served, so please show up 10-15 minutes early. If a class gets full, our trainers are happy to give personalized pointers.

Wednesday
6pm – 7pm

Saturdays
12:00 pm – 1 pm

These classes focus is on HIIT, Functional training and Flexibility

Strength & Cardio Circuit

Thursday
6pm – 7pm

This class is sure to shred even the most advance clients with Kettle bells, Barbells and dumbbells all mixed together to confuse and challenge your body.

 

Youth Small Group Training

Wednesdays
4 pm – 5 pm

This class taught by either Kendall or John focuses on sports performance for adolescences. Although not sport specific it covers a vast variety of movements designed to take the youth athlete to the next level.
