Stretch & Mobility Tuesday Evening Class, led by Juniour a Personal Trainer and Kinesiologist, focuses on improving flexibility, joint mobility, and overall movement quality. Participants will move through a combination of dynamic and static stretching techniques designed to reduce muscle tension, increase range of motion, and improve posture. The class also supports muscle recovery, injury prevention, and better physical performance. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Our Afternoon Training Class is a full-body workout designed to build strength, burn calories, and boost overall fitness — To keep things fresh and fun, we occasionally mix in games like rolling the dice or drawing from a deck of cards, adding an element of surprise that determines the next exercise, reps, or challenge. It keeps everyone on their toes and brings an extra level of energy and excitement to the workout. Exercises can be easily scaled, making this class ideal for all fitness levels —LIMIED SPACE - 6
Total Body Boost- full-body training using bands, weights, kettlebells, sleds (without the dogs), weighted-belt core exercises, and a variety of medicine balls. Move through cardio and resistance circuits, mobility work, and deep stretches to build strength, burn calories, and improve flexibility. All fitness levels welcome .- LIMITED SPACE: 6

Kendall George
Kendall, aka KG, founder of Tier 1, brings 25+ years of experience training athletes, everyday warriors, military personnel, youth, and groups that need modified or carefully supervised training. His superpower? Driving everyone to dig deep and unleash their inner “Alpha.”
John Bailey
The former basketball prodigy, John Bailey—aka JB—is simply unstoppable. With custom-designed training programs for each client, his intensity is unmatched in the PNW. Willing to put in the work? JB makes it happen. Combining strength training with high-volume workouts, he’s known for delivering guaranteed results every time he’s at the forefront.
Juniour Mensah
Coach Juniour holds a degree in Kinesiology with a minor in Strength & Conditioning. A former football standout at Edmonds-Woodway High School, he trained D1 athletes at Washington State University and later served as an assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at the University of Washington. Experienced across sports like basketball, baseball, track and field, soccer, swimming, and rowing, he specializes in developing strength, speed, and agility. In 2019, Juniour shifted to training all levels of experience, quickly earning Master Trainer status at 24 Hour Fitness. Now, he brings his expertise and passion for results to Tier 1.
